Benji ~ 10 Months
ADOPTER NEEDED!! Meet Benji [🐾]
Benji is a 10-month-old handsome boy with the sweetest personality and the calmest demeanor you could
hope for in a puppy. He may be very shy at first, but once he warms up, his gentle and affectionate
nature really shines through. Benji is scared of strange loud noises and needs a home where he can play
in the backyard for exercise and not have to be walked daily. A fenced yard is a MUST!!. And , no apartments please.
He’s currently thriving in a foster home with two other dogs and absolutely loves having playmates. Whether he’s
enjoying a little playtime or settling in for one of his favorite naps, Benji brings a peaceful, easygoing energy
to the home. He sleeps well in his crate at night and he’s also doing an excellent job with potty training—when taken outside, he immediately knows what to do. This sweet boy is looking for a loving home where he can continue
to build confidence, feel safe, and be part of a family. If you're looking for a family member to walk daily, take to
the dog park, and travel with you everywhere, Benji is not the dog. However, if you’re looking for a loyal
companion with a calm spirit and a heart of gold, Benji might be the perfect fit.

Luna 2 Yrs
LUNA IS BACK and ready for her new LOVING forever home! SWEET, GORGEOUS Luna came to us with some heavy baggage. She had never been around other dogs and she had a really hard time settling in the house. But we saw what an AMAZING girl she was waiting to become. She spent some time with one of our very special POSITIVE reinforcement trainers and like a butterfly, Luna has emerged as her very best self! Luna LOVES being with other dogs and has found her inner calm. She is SUPER FRIENDLY with all humans and she’s house and crate trained. This big girl is awesome at fetch and enjoys her hard bones. There is just such a light in this wonderful girl- everyone who meets her adores her! She would love to have a family who has time to spend with her!! Luna does still need some work on her leash skills. She is appropriate for children 10 and up. She MUST have a fenced yard and her adoptive family will be asked to do a few simple exercises with her to help her keep her calm demeanor. They will also have access to the trainer. We have not seen her with cats.

Quincey needs a quiet household with few people coming and going. He's very protective of his person or people and wary of strangers. If a stranger enters the house, he will need to be crated. He would be a wonderful dog for an single woman. He LOVES women; He will warm up to men, but he adores woman.
Looking for an experienced, responsible owner. This boy would do best with a confident, responsible owner who understands protective dogs. He is naturally watchful and will alert you if someone comes onto or into your property. He is very loving and affectionate with his owners, bonding closely to his people. However, he is not a fan of guests and should be crated when visitors are present to keep everyone comfortable and safe.
He can be possessive over food and bones, so management is important. He does very well when fed or given high-value items in his kennel, which he is comfortable using.
No young children (due to food and treat possessiveness, not aggression toward kids).
Quincey is house trained, crate trained, okay with other dogs, and
will thrive in a structured home with clear boundaries, routine, and someone who respects his needs. In the right home, he is an incredibly loyal and loving companion.

Fynlee 4 Years
Fynlee update! Our GORGEOUS girl is doing GREAT! After her visit with our dermatology vet we determined her eye issue was actually an allergy and she is on the correct medication for that. She will continue with this affordable daily pill to keep her eyes clear and beautiful [😍]
Fynlee ADORES her people and just wants to be close to them (couch cuddles are her favorite!). She’s doing great on her leash training, she is fully house trained and crate trained and this SWEET girl LOVES to ride in the car. Fynlee would be perfectly happy as an only dog! She can take a while to warm up to other dogs but she does like to engage in play after she has had a slow introduction.
Her foster has this to say “ Finley has been with us for the last three weeks, and she’s really taken to our home! She’s a sweetheart and loves being close to her humans, often snuggling up on the sofa with them. Finley has that classic loving lab personality, but I think she’d be happiest as an only dog She’s shown a bit of jealousy towards my lab, Winston. Finley walks nicely on a leash, but she does pull and could use some training. She’ll also need a home with a fenced yard since she’s not great at coming when called. I’ve trained labs for Therapy Dog International and fostered for Lucky Labs, so Finley would be a wonderful addition to any family and is super trainable!

This beautiful one year old fifty pound girl is once again looking for her forever family for no fault
of her own. The family wasn't able to give Amber the life she deserves; She spent at least 10 hours a day
in the crate. So, no surprise, Amber is crate trained, house trained and is
good with other dogs outside the house. She has trouble with other dogs in confined environments
due to her herding breed mix but no issues
with people in the home. Amber loves to play fetch and a little shy when meeting people,
but once she knows she can trust you, she is your best friend. Amber would do best with
children over the age of ten. Please help us get Amber out of boarding and with a family soon! [💕]

Melo ~ 4.5 Yrs
FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED! Meet BEAUTIFUL Melo! This 4.5 yr old girl is SO SWEET [🥰]
She comes right in for a cuddle, even with people she has just met!
She is fully house trained and does not need to be crated when left alone.
Melo lives up to her name-she mostly likes to chill close to her humans but doesn’t
get up on the furniture. She knows several commands and she is SUPER treat motivated [😁]
Melo has not spent much time with other dogs but is fine meeting them. She is a big girl
weighing 90lbs but she’s pretty good on the leash. She will bark when she sees new people
and other dogs but she is not aggressive- just excited! This AWESOME girl is going to be a wonderful addition to her new family! She is appropriate for children 10 and over.

Belle 3 ~ Years
ADOPTER NEEDED! Meet SWEET,
eet our new girl Belle! This adorable, 3 yr old, 60 lb sweetie pie was at the shelter for 2 entire months! The shelter sent her info to us and we knew we just had to save her!! Belle has the greatest personality- she’s sweet, affectionate and friendly with humans and other dogs!
Her foster parents had this to say: Update on Belle, she's doing great with the girls, they have two
female labs. She had accidents inside the first day but has adjusted and is good now. She likes to cuddle, gets along well with our girls, and has playful energy and zoomies when coaxed to play. She is well mannered with humans and dogs alike and is already sleeping in bed with all of us comfortably. She constructively chews on toys and bones rather than things she shouldn't, and takes well to redirection and training.

Luke DOB 4/1/2020
UPDATE: Our HANDSOME boy is in a Foster home and doing GREAT! Luke has been a perfect house guest - he is house trained, doesn’t need to be crated when left alone and REALLY enjoys laying on his Foster mom’s feet while she works. He also enjoys a game of fetch in the backyard and greets every visitor with a toy in his mouth. And if the first toy he brings his new friend isn’t enough, he will bring ALL the others over as well! [😆] He also enjoys a nap lying on his back and stretching out- SUPER CUTE! He came to us with some really inflamed skin
due to untreated seasonal allergies, but his fur is back and he looks AMAZING! Luke is very strong on the leash and will need some help with his leash manners. He is PERFECTLY HAPPY being an only dog preferring to hang out with his humans. His perfect home will have a fenced yard. He is affectionate and loving with all humans. He is appropriate for children 7 and older. We have not seen him with cats
Luke is a sweet 60-pound TYPICAL LABRADOR. He’s house-trained and crate-trained (though we’re told he doesn’t need to be crated when left alone), and he knows several commands, including sitting up on his hind legs! SO CUTE! He rides well in the car and loads up like a pro! He loves a good game of fetch, and we’re told he enjoys swimming too. We’re also told he gets along well with other dogs, but he’s also happy being an only dog.

Nala ~ 2.5 Yrs
This beautiful 2 1/2 year old girl was found abandoned. Nala's present caregiver took
her in and has been caring for her since that time. Nala is full of love and
happiness… and has not met a stranger.
She loves her people and always wants to sit on the couch next to you and snuggle. Nala
has abandonment issues because of her experience and has some separation issues but she is not
destructive. She is afraid of thunder and fireworks. She needs an owner who
has the time to better train and care for her. She is great with other dogs, her present
foster home has another older lab mix and they are best friends.
Nala is house trained and is a bit of an escape artist so please make sure she’s on a leash
or in a fenced yard. Nala must have another dog in the home.

Charlie (7 Years)
ADOPTER NEEDED!! This handsome seven year old boy was dumped at the shelter after being found as a stray. Charlie clearly is looking for his family. He is a very sweet and loving boy who greets everyone with a tail wag.
The shelter placed Charlie in a foster home where he lived with several other dogs and did not need to be crated. He is house trained, he knows several commands. and is pretty good on a leash.
He weighs in at 60lbs, great size.
FOSTER UPDATE!! Charlie (FKA Ruffles) is an older perfect gentleman who enjoys long and peaceful naps. He loves to curl up in the bed with you, by your side or in a chair on anything soft. He is very observant and loves to watch out the window from the couch. He is hard of hearing and prefers to be where you are most of the time. He'll get the occasional playful side and likes to tap at your feet or hands. He knows paw and sit and will wait patiently to eat or be leashed. He loves to follow a good scent. He does not prefer dogs or people in his face(especially bugs) or pressing near his hips. Due to his hearing he can be startled easily. He is house trained, cannot be crated(he does not like it and will get out) nor does he need to be and doesn't bother trash. He loves his people and being around them. [Emoji]

FOSTER HOME NEEDED!!
Penn 7~8 Yrs
FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED: Penn is 7ish years young, very sweet, and active for his age. We were contacted by a volunteer at a local shelter pleading for us to meet Penn for
they were over capacity. The volunteer was correct, Penn is great with other dogs, we are
unsure about cats, knows a couple of commands, needs some leash training, and
appears to be house trained;. He immediately goes to the bathroom once outside. Penn was great
in the car and rode quietly in the crate: He lit up when he saw a ball and
sprinted with happiness to show off his skills! PLEASE help us get Penn out of boarding and into
his forever home! Penn needs a foster or adopter ASAP for he has a neuter appointment soon.

Duke 9 Mths
FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED! Remember Duke, our sweet 9 month old Lab who had kennel cough right before Easter? This precious boy is ALL BETTER and ready for his forever home! This guy is SUPER friendly with people and other dogs. He’s been having a great time at his temp foster home- he loves to ride whether it’s a car or a four wheeler, he is up for the adventure. Duke is beginning to explore the water and realizing that it’s one of the things labs do best! He is basically all lab puppy- energetic, wants to be around his people, and will get into things if he is left alone.
Duke is doing very well on his house training and his crate training. He can be a little mouthy when excited but is very smart and easily redirected. His Fosters feel that a fenced yard is a must for him as he will go exploring if not confined.
If you are looking for a new best friend, this just might be your guy. Duke is 69 pounds currently and appropriate for children nine and up..

Sookie's owner is seeking a new home for her ASAP. He is moving and can't take her
Sookie is the sweetest one year old girl, named after Gilmore girls. Just like in the show, Sookie will always be there for you. Sookie LOVES her crate. I work from home and she’s never disturbed a phone call or meeting. She will rest her head on your leg or nap in her crate while you’re busy; She is house trained also.
Sookie loves the two resident shepherd mixes, roommate's dogs; They are best buds. She loves the dog park and has the best time with other dogs but even better time with people. She really is the sweetest dog and whenever she ends up will be a great addition.
