Delilah 12 Weeks
FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED: Delilah needs a home ready for a VERY ACTIVE PUPPY. If
you're not ready for a puppy and all the attention needed to shape Delilah into a valued
family member, she is not for you.
FROM Delilah's previous owner: Delilah has all the makings of an incredible companion.
She is smart, eager to learn, and has already made good progress thanks to dedicated work on potty training, basic commands and polite door manners. Unfortunately, it has become difficult to give Delilah the full, continuous attention and high-volume playtime that a very active puppy truly deserves.
True to her age, she loves to play play play. She gets along great with both dogs and cats, though her boundless energy can test the patience of more laid-back animals. Delilah would thrive in an active home where her owner can match her enthusiasm and keep her engaged. The more active environment, the happier she will be. Delilah's mom is a black lab and dad is a super mutt.

This precious 11 month old, 55 lb girl is SO scared in boarding! It’s the first time she’s ever been in such a loud place and she misses the comforts of home! Luci is very loving and full of energy- a typical Lab,
she enjoys playing fetch and the water! This girl would adore another playful dog, a home where
someone is around a lot and a fenced yard. She’s good with people of all ages and enjoys
cuddling with her humans. She needs some basic training but is very smart and treat motivated. With just
a little work, this girl is going to be the perfect addition to her family!

Quincey, 3 years old and 60 lbs, needs a quiet household with few people coming and going. He's very protective of his person or people and wary of strangers. If a stranger come into the house, he will need to be crated. He would be a wonderful dog for an single woman. He LOVES women. he will warm up to men, but he adores women. If you’re looking for a loyal, gentle, and easygoing companion, Quincey is your guy. This handsome black Lab mix is the full package — sweet, calm, and ready to be part of your family. Quincy is wonderful with kids and and other dogs. He’s affectionate and cuddly, happiest lounging on the couch or stretching out at your feet. He’s the perfect “lap dog in a big dog body” — equally content to relax inside or hang out in the yard soaking up the sunshine.

Looking for an experienced, responsible owner. This boy would do best with a confident, responsible owner who understands protective dogs. He is naturally watchful and will alert you if someone comes onto or into your property, making him a great deterrent and loyal companion. He is very loving and affectionate with his owners, bonding closely to his people. However, he is not a fan of guests and should be crated when visitors are present to keep everyone comfortable and safe. He can be possessive over food and bones, so management is important. He does very well when fed or given high-value items in his kennel, which he is comfortable using.
Important notes:
• No young children (due to food and treat possessiveness, not aggression toward kids)
• House-broken
• Crate trained
• Good with other dogs
This dog will thrive in a structured home with clear boundaries, routine, and someone who respects his needs. In the right home, he is an incredibly loyal and loving companion.

ADOPTER NEEDED! Meet AWESOME Midnight!! This sweet six year old boy ended up
at SC shelter hoping his owner would come for him. Sadly, he was waiting for almost
sixty days but was never reclaimed. Midnight is also about fifteen pounds
underweight. I immediately fell in love with Midnight's humble heart bringing him
to my home where he met three labs and acted like they were old friends.
I can't say enough great things about Midnight. He is in a foster home with three other
dogs and doing great. Update to come soon.

Benji ~ 10 Months
ADOPTER NEEDED!! Meet Benji [🐾]
Benji is a 10-month-old handsome boy with the sweetest personality and the calmest demeanor you could
hope for in a puppy. He may be very shy at first, but once he warms up, his gentle and affectionate
nature really shines through. Benji is scared of strange loud noises and needs a home where he can play
in the backyard for exercise and not have to be walked daily. A fenced yard is a MUST!!. And , no apartments please.
He’s currently thriving in a foster home with two other dogs and absolutely loves having playmates. Whether he’s
enjoying a little playtime or settling in for one of his favorite naps, Benji brings a peaceful, easygoing energy
to the home. He sleeps well in his crate at night and he’s also doing an excellent job with potty training—when taken outside, he immediately knows what to do. This sweet boy is looking for a loving home where he can continue
to build confidence, feel safe, and be part of a family. If you're looking for a family member to walk daily, take to
the dog park, and travel with you everywhere, Benji is not the dog. However, if you’re looking for a loyal

FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED!!!! Maya is a one year old girl with a fun and sweet
personality. Maya was dumped at a SC shelter along with her siblings in hopes
of finding a family to love her. She knows a few commands and is shy until she sees another
dog. Maya ADORES other dogs and must have a four legged friend in
her forever home; Maya will sit promptly when asked and will roll over for a belly rub;
She is on the smaller side weighing only 40 pounds; Maya will try to snuggle close to her people for attention.

ADOPTER NEEDED! Luna, born 5/11/20, was surrendered to us for no fault of her own.
She is super sweet, great with other dogs and cats, loves everyone and everything she meets.
Luna is house trained, loves the water, and knows several commands!
UPDATE: Luna is in a foster home with two other females and is doing fantastic!
UPDATE FROM LUNA'S FOSTER FAMILY:
Luna is very smart - she knows sit, stay, come, and place, walks well on a leash, has had zero accidents indoors, and will go to the backdoor and sit when she needs to go out to potty. She is a power chewer with toys but not destructive with furniture and redirects easily to bones for chewing. Her challenges in training will most likely be that she has a habit of pawing, jumping and is intrusive with personal space, but has gotten much better already after one week. We have seen no signs of escape attempts in our backyard with a 6 foot privacy fence. She is eager to please and a people loving dog, she seems more interested in play with the humans than with the other dogs. She has a lot of energy and is very fit. I think her best forever home would include a good fenced in backyard, lots of attention and exercise.

FOSTER OR ADOPTER NEEDED! Meet BEAUTIFUL Melo! This 4.5 yr old girl is SO SWEET [🥰]
She comes right in for a cuddle, even with people she has just met!
She is fully house trained and does not need to be crated when left alone.
Melo lives up to her name-she mostly likes to chill close to her humans but doesn’t
get up on the furniture. She knows several commands and she is SUPER treat motivated [😁]
Melo has not spent much time with other dogs but is fine meeting them. She is a big girl
weighing 90lbs but she’s pretty good on the leash. She will bark when she sees new people
and other dogs but she is not aggressive- just excited! This AWESOME girl is going to be a wonderful addition to her new family! She is appropriate for children 10 and over.

FOSTER HOME NEEDED
Clark ~ 1.5 Yrs
ADOPTER NEEDED!! Clark is a fun-loving, playful, and energetic 1-year-old boy who loves being outside, playing fetch, and exploring the yard. He is fully potty trained, has never had an accident in the house, and he does wonderfully in his crate even for longer periods of time. Clark loves car rides and is happiest with his head out the window, taking in all the sights and smells along the way. At home, he enjoys looking out the windows, chewing on his toys, and being
wherever his people are. He adjusts incredibly quickly to new environments. Clark would love a home with
another playful dog who can keep up with his energy and give him a fun companion. He is still
learning dog manners, needs work on keeping all four paws on the floor when greeting guests, pulls terrible
on the leash but the gentle leader helps a lot, and he is eager, curious, and full of personality.
Clark would thrive with an active family who can give him plenty of exercise, playtime, and attention while
enjoying all of the fun and affection he has to offer.

Tucker (4.5 yrs) & Maggie (5 yrs)
Tucker is a 4.5 year old lab raised in a loving home from a puppy. He is house trained, goofy, gentle, playful. Used to running around a fenced back yard. Not often on leash or harness. He loves getting to know all the other dogs; He weighs 95 lbs; He knows simple commands. He loves to play with fuzzy squeaky toys and will sometimes plays tug-of-war with Maggie.; Tucker is good with everyone, expressing excitement when just meeting new people and then he calms down and is ready to play. He displays no food or treat aggression. He has chewed up some things (pillow, leashes) so he should have something to occupy him to help break that desire. He has always lived with other dogs in the household so I am sure that companionship is important to him. Tucker loves everyone and everyone loves him. He is just really big and goofy so that has to be considered for an adoptive family.
Maggie is a 90 lb spayed female lab/hound mix, 5 years old. I have never met a sweeter dog. Very expressive face and pleading eyes. She has had a difficult time adjusting to past placements until my sister gave her the time, gentle care, and love that she desperately wants. Now that she has Tucker as a permanent companion, I do not think she will have much issue getting used to a new home. She does really well on a leash/harness and does not pull much at all. She loves soft fuzzy squeaky toys and seems to be really good with men and women, but has not been exposed to children at all. Maggie shows no food/treat aggression. I do not believe Maggie was ever housed in a crate.
These two dogs will make such a great addition to any family, especially with people who will play with them, give them plenty of exercise and treat them with gentleness and kindness.

Charlie (7 Years)
ADOPTER NEEDED!! This handsome seven year old boy was dumped at the shelter after being found as a stray. Charlie clearly is looking for his family. He is a very sweet and loving boy who greets everyone with a tail wag.
The shelter placed Charlie in a foster home where he lived with several other dogs and did not need to be crated. He is house trained, he knows several commands. and is pretty good on a leash.
He weighs in at 60lbs, great size.
FOSTER UPDATE!! Charlie (FKA Ruffles) is an older perfect gentleman who enjoys long and peaceful naps. He loves to curl up in the bed with you, by your side or in a chair on anything soft. He is very observant and loves to watch out the window from the couch. He is hard of hearing and prefers to be where you are most of the time. He'll get the occasional playful side and likes to tap at your feet or hands. He knows paw and sit and will wait patiently to eat or be leashed. He loves to follow a good scent. He does not prefer dogs or people in his face(especially bugs) or pressing near his hips. Due to his hearing he can be startled easily. He is house trained, cannot be crated(he does not like it and will get out) nor does he need to be and doesn't bother trash. He loves his people and being around them. [Emoji]
